ah... its been some times since i went on a vacation! A really short trip, BATAM! 2D1N! The last time i went Batam was when i was 4!!! hmm.. ohkay, Initially this vacation had another purpose but.... *sigh* it became a trip with a SImple purpose, have Fun!!! hmm.. we missed the early ferry bcos the night b4 sharon & i went to our collegeues place to drink, till 1 plus! (argh, rashes!) so in the end, we took the 11plus one.. 1 hour ferry ride! FIRST MEAL in Batam!!Batam is pretty amazing, the fusion of city & village at the same place! many EMPTY buildings! this explains why the exchange rate is Rp7000 = Sgd1!
of cos, how can we not do any massage or spa! did mine is "Orchid", quite shiok! but China one better... Of cos, this ambience is better than that! Sgd24! (big smile!) wanted to do body scrub the next day... But!! *sigh* dont talk about it...
Our dinner, BBQ fish! initally when Amy's cousin said BBQ! i got "high" cos i thot like Shao Kao! but... really, just FISHES!!! oh.. and Otah? oh and... we stayed in this hotel up the hill! haha romantic ah! Hotelier Rate Sgd55! muaha! saved Sgd18.. hrmm.. yes, & in order to remain safe in that country (amy's cousin keep asking us to be careful, claiming that Batam's malay & Malaysia's malay different, seems like they carry Parang everywhere they go =x) So we had a drink there! not really a Drink! i had one but they had two cos i insisted of ordering Flaming ones for them! hahaha Please look at Amy's face! she's So High untill she cant walk properly AND she luffed for 1 mins b4 we went to bed! ahahah! aint she a cute drunK!!! ohkay the 2nd day! goodness! i have similar friends! this look reminds me of Ms Poh's bday in Sanya!!! snigger!
okok.. and, the "famous bridge" in BATAM! her cousin insisted of bringing us there! not bad a scenery thouugh!!
ohoh!!! HIGHLIGHT!!! i found Fab's boyfriend's cousin from Batam, Mr Kao Yu Mi!!! I swear, i was indeed HIGH!! hahahahah
Oh and how can we not have A&W when we're there! Awesome Waffles!! =)hmmm.. Only thing i bought there was..... Donuts! =s
