haah! went to run today!! its been a long time since i last exercises.. hmm.. tts a few months back for WILL@TP . hahah! covered ALMOST de whole sengkang with my sis, wooh~ & now... im havin shoulder aches =( okay! Loser okay! but tts de natural reaction if de last time u exercised was lk centuries ago isnt it?! hrmm..


thou shall continue to TRY to exercise to shed off my "good friens" even though i'll love to have dem for life... (looking VERY sincere!) hahah!! tata! shall do my service marketing stuffs, cos its not jus a 6ppl thing, its a 20crews project, dun play play!!!
